Modeled · synthetic field

A Gaussian field over authored points, clipped to their convex hull and read through α.

What this instrument depicts

This modeled synthetic field sums fixed-width Gaussian contributions over authored points, clips the result to their convex hull, and maps complexity d to height through alpha. The terrain between points is interpolation, not a measured landscape or physical return. The forward lanes are inferred scenarios without probabilities or forecasts; convergence means the displayed estimate has stabilized, not that the situation is complete.

How to use + read it

Drag to orbit and select a point on the terrain to place a read. Adjust K between SAR-like sensor motion and ISAR-like scene motion. Converge iterates the displayed alpha toward its fixed value, Compose data adds synthetic points, and Reset restores the starter field. Read d, alpha, and the convergence trace; the evolve, hold, and dissolve lanes remain illustrative.
