Defined · illustrative
A synthetic slice-stack, authored part coordinates, and an explicit stressor rule.

What this instrument depicts
This defined illustration reveals a complete synthetic cell stand-in from a slice stack, separates its authored parts, and reports authored alpha labels. No reconstruction algorithm runs, the slices are not scanner data, and the stressor changes values by a specified rule rather than integrating dynamics or producing a forecast.
How to use + read it
Move Reconstruct between slices and the whole, drag to rotate, and move Decompose to separate the membrane, nucleus, and organelles. Select a part to read its authored coordinate, toggle the stressor, or Reset. The pipeline highlight shows the current stage; the values are annotations rather than measurements derived from the geometry.
