What you are looking at
The illustration reveals a synthetic cell stand-in from a stack of slices. You can separate its parts and read their authored alpha labels. No reconstruction algorithm runs, the slices are not scanner data, and the stressor changes values by a specified rule rather than integrating dynamics or producing a forecast.
How to use it
Move Reconstruct between slices and the whole, drag to rotate, and move Decompose to separate the membrane, nucleus, and organelles. Select a part to read its authored coordinate, toggle the stressor, or Reset. The pipeline highlight shows the current stage; the values are annotations rather than measurements derived from the geometry.
